Service and tires Two trips for service and new tires were both excellent and the time required was as expected or even shorter. The ride to work for service was excellent and the driver was very pleasant. The ride home for new tires was enjoyable and the driver was very good. The ride back to dealership after getting new tires was long because we had a couple of stops to make and were all over the area but the driver handled it very well and apologized to those that had the long ride. More

First time to buy from this dealership Sales rep, Faraz Assad, did good job and was able to find the 4 Runner I wanted. Service advisor, Ian Davis, who explained the vehicle operation whe Sales rep, Faraz Assad, did good job and was able to find the 4 Runner I wanted. Service advisor, Ian Davis, who explained the vehicle operation when I picked it up was very thorough and did an excellent job explaining it to me. My calls to Jason in the service/parts dept has been excellent. He is very customer service oriented. More

Brake work Needed brake work, called for appointment on Thursday, I scheduled it for the following Wednesday. On Friday my brakes were making a metal on metal so Needed brake work, called for appointment on Thursday, I scheduled it for the following Wednesday. On Friday my brakes were making a metal on metal sound, I wasn't going to make it until Wednesday. I called Travis and he told me to come right in. Had a loaner waiting for me and they took care of everything before 4pm the same day. Travis is my hero!! More

Buying a new vehicle Scott went all out to get us in the vehicle we wanted at the best deal he could get for us. Straight up honest with what could be done. Then Chad (in Scott went all out to get us in the vehicle we wanted at the best deal he could get for us. Straight up honest with what could be done. Then Chad (in finance) did the same thing when working with the extended warranty, etc. Then Ian (in Service dept) did a great job getting us familiar with all the new features we needed to know about. Service Brakes were not working well. Diagnosis was warped rotors. Rotors were turned to resolve the issue. Cost was reasonable and no extras were needed Brakes were not working well.
