I would have given them a 5 but last oil change service was bad. Tire pressure left too high (40)after testing for poss leak. Fluids not topped off. I purchased extended maintenance and warranties when I purchased my Outback car from them in 2021. Every time I take my car in, have to prove that I have it. And then it doesn’t cover what I was led to b purchased my Outback car from them in 2021. Every time I take my car in, have to prove that I have it. For that reason I would not recommend them and I will not ever purchase anything like that again. As far as the actual service on my car, I have no complaints. More
