I appreciated a no nonsense approach and was able to get exactly what I wanted with a minimum of needs and tailored a contract exactly to my liking. It took almost 2 years to hear from dealership regarding the headlight replacement lens. Service also informed me the tire inflation units were in need of replacement. Cost was $900.00 plus. Lens replace the headlight replacement lens. Service also informed me the tire inflation units were in need of replacement. Cost was $900.00 plus. Lens replacement went fine. Had the Wall Mart tire center rebuild the sensors . Total cost $140.00 rotation included. What would you have done? You could have at least offered a customer an option. This is the 2nd request for same survey. More

Drove an hour to see the vehicle I was looking at, test drove sat and started talking about price they wouldn't budge so I left they called me back the next day letting me know they could get the price I w drove sat and started talking about price they wouldn't budge so I left they called me back the next day letting me know they could get the price I wanted had to drive another hour to go back to do the paperwork all of this could have been done the 1st trip More

Love Connolly‘s; however, a bit disappointed this time. Purchased a car upon my first visit. Dealer did a good job. Last driver‘s tire was low on pressure. Asked that it be checked. Was told it just needed Purchased a car upon my first visit. Dealer did a good job. Last driver‘s tire was low on pressure. Asked that it be checked. Was told it just needed air. Days later incurred the cost of tire repair for a nail. Feel it was never checked. Car has a ding in the paint. Was told they would follow up. Have never received further contact. Even went back into dealership the day after to assure everyone was aware. Feel short changed. More
