Great service/experience throughout the entire process. Sales representative very informative and responsive to all questions yet was not overly aggressive towards the sale. Had used them for routine maintenance on my previous car and had very positive experience with Service Department. Highly recommended considering this dealership for purchase and service. More

The representatives very helpful. Most importantly, they did not pressure us. We were allowed to make our choices without high pressure techniques. It was a professional interaction. Met Kevin in parking lot, asking where to park. He showed us, took us inside, showed us models in showroom - we left that day with a new Crosstrek.
