I wish I could give this dealership zero stars for their lack of communication and follow-through. When we purchased our Dodge Durango Hellcat in 2022, the experience was absolutely amazing—so much so that lack of communication and follow-through. When we purchased our Dodge Durango Hellcat in 2022, the experience was absolutely amazing—so much so that I left a glowing review. But fast forward two years, and I regret every positive word I wrote. In December, we were involved in a terrible accident, and the vehicle was totaled. Our insurance paid their part, but there was still a remaining balance. No problem, right? After all, we purchased GAP coverage through THIS dealership to cover exactly this kind of situation. But instead of helping us, this dealership has made it nearly impossible to get anything resolved. I have been calling nonstop for WEEKS, only to be transferred from person to person, sent to voicemail, and left with no returned calls. The dealership knows that there are strict deadlines for filing the GAP and warranty paperwork—because they SOLD us these contracts—yet they refuse to take action. We finally got in touch with Mitra Rampersad, who requested documents, which we sent back the SAME DAY. Then, we had to get another form notarized, which we did immediately and sent back on March 17th. Since then? Radio silence. We even contacted the company that was supposed to receive the paperwork, and guess what? They never got a thing! If this paperwork isn't filed in time, guess who gets stuck paying off a vehicle we haven’t even had since December? Not the dealership. US. A military family with four kids, who drove almost 9 hours ONE WAY to buy this vehicle from them. Our insurance only covered a rental for 60 days—how are we supposed to afford another vehicle while still making payments on a truck we no longer have? It is absolutely ridiculous that we have to fight this hard to get something done that should have been handled weeks ago. What is the point of paying for GAP and other warranties if the dealership refuses to do their part? This experience has been beyond frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. They were happy to take our money when we bought the truck, but when it’s time to step up and provide support after the sale? They’re nowhere to be found. Mr. Mitra Rampersad has all the documentation he needs to send over to the cancel coverage company in order for them to do their part. I will continue to leave a negative review daily on multiple platforms until this is addressed because who would want to continue to fork up this amount of money monthly for a TOTALED OUT vehicle. When I inquired about the hellcat online the dealership was calling my phone within minutes!! We put $10,000 down on the truck before even seeing it because of the trust and customer service we felt with this dealership. This whole process of losing not just a vehicle but a DREAM vehicle has been stressful enough, and this only adds more stress to my plate! DO BETTER. I am not sure if the individuals we worked with a couple of years ago on the purchase aspect of this but I've listed their names below for reference. We have left voicemails for Homer, and he was actually the sole reason why we made sure to purchase the extra warranties and such for the Hellcat. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle. The car arrived with a damaged part and it took almost 6 weeks for me to be reimbursed to have the part replaced by my local dealer. I was very disappointed with the customer service and the non-responsivenes of the numerous people I tried to contact about this. After all was said and done I was only reimbursed for less than half of what I paid for the repair. Unless you live in the community or close to this dealership I would think twice about buying Any vehicle that has to be shipped over 2 hrs drive away. More

So far I have had no dealings with the service department so therefore I cannot xxxx them. However, I would like to rate my after purchase service. I bought my 22 Cadillac from you on December 29th the two w so therefore I cannot xxxx them. However, I would like to rate my after purchase service. I bought my 22 Cadillac from you on December 29th the two weeks after that I tried in vain to get someone to help me with the titling or plating of my new car. Once I talk to a gentleman who was kind of snippy and told me I needed to decide between whether I wanted my plate transferred from my old car or whether I wanted a new one and if I wanted a new one I would need to come in and pay another $100. After that I called back and could not get anyone on the phone. After that I called and they put me in David's voicemail which obviously is a dead hole. I did not hear back from him so today I physically went into the dealership and Homer who I understand is the manager of the title department was very courteous and took care of my problem. He issued me a new plate and did not charge me $100. Since my car is a Cadillac I will probably be doing my servicing through Cadillac as long as it's under warranty at least. I'm thankful for that because if your service department takes care of their people anything like your title department you have big problems. Allie was a great salesperson she made me feel very comfortable but she's not very confident in her job yet. I had discussed my issue with her as well and she was to talk to someone and get back to me. Which she did not. This very much disappointed me because I think she's a great salesperson but she needs to follow up with her clients. By the way, you have a great gal running your cashier department. She is the only one that went over and above to make someone take time to wait on me today. Yes, I'm very disappointed and I would never recommend your dealership. Funny thing is my son has worked for Chrysler for 27 years and has begged me to buy Chryslers all during that time. At this point I'm so glad that I didn't. More
