Avoid this Jeep Dealership at all costs. They committed identity theft by using my SS# without my consent to receive an EV tax credit paid to them. They told me my SS# was needed for Patriot They committed identity theft by using my SS# without my consent to receive an EV tax credit paid to them. They told me my SS# was needed for Patriot Act reporting but then secretly used it to apply for the tax credit. I told them that I was not eligible for the EV tax credit early on in the negotiation and was told that it was not part of the deal. Someone at the Dealership forged my e-signature on the Time of Sale report to apply for the credit (no actual signature was collected). They then hid the existance of the report by leaving it out of the post sale documentation. I found out about it several days after the sale. Now I have to repay the IRS the $3,750 that was paid to the dealership. I spoke to the GM and he stands behind the forgery as "my consent" and refused to reimburse me. Their phone system just sends me straight to voicemail now. I cannot even get a call back from my Salesman to address a question about the Jeep's charger. Beware of these theives because they have no ethics. The GM is ok with their fraudulent actions and if there is a problem with your car they will not return your call. Worst car sale experience ever. More

Idk who Dorian is so I can't review him. I came in pre qualified with my own bank. Going in to talk to the finance manager took FOUR HOURS OF WAITING. that was crazy. I know I got screwed on my interest rate. Luckily my bank called them days later and made them take off a bunch of xx fees and reduce the price of the car.... But still nothing was explained. I waited so long for the financing guy and he literally just handed me 5 pieces of paper and said sign these. Idk. It was fine. Took a long time. Car is good. Kind of a messy process but end result, I'm in a new car. So. It's a car dealership, what do you expect? More
