It was easy to get an appointment, the service was prompt, and estimated time was accurate. The waiting room is comfortable, and provides good amenities (coffee, teas, etc). I was a little hesitant to drive out to Woodfield Lexus from Chicago at first but once there & greeted at the door, the Customer Service is like none other.
