I was a little hesitant to drive out to Woodfield Lexus from Chicago at first but once there & greeted at the door, the Customer Service is like none other. My salesman, Randy Josefik was professional, wit from Chicago at first but once there & greeted at the door, the Customer Service is like none other. My salesman, Randy Josefik was professional, witty, informative, patient and there was no pressure at all. During my time there everyone including the manager Robert saw to it that all my needs were met. No surprise, I left out of there with a new vehicle and new friends.
