Previously, I'd normally keep a car 10 years, & hadn't leased a car before, or owned an SUV. My experience with Mustafa as a sales person was excellent from the start. Through 4 vehicles now, including test drives, follow up, vehicle information, negotiations, service, tech support, & even transferring to new, unfamiliar SUVs, Mustafa & all the staff at Woodfield Lexus have exceeded every expectation. Mustafa has continually kept my interests in mind as he's apprised me of new vehicles with more safety features, & even my exterior/interior color preferences.
