I was a little hesitant to drive out to Woodfield Lexus from Chicago at first but once there & greeted at the door, the Customer Service is like none other. During my time there everyone including the manager Robert saw to it that all my needs were met. No surprise, I left out of there with a new vehicle and new friends.
