After a few miscommunication bumps, things went quite smoothly from there. All personnel were consistently professional in every interaction.. A few days after delivery, I noticed that one of the w smoothly from there. All personnel were consistently professional in every interaction.. A few days after delivery, I noticed that one of the wiper blades was not cleaning properly. The sales team coordinated with the service department and we were taken care of immediately and back on our way in 10 minutes. Amazing, as no one leaves a car service department within 10 minutes to have something fixed! Part of our transaction was for Coastal Kia to transport our previous car to our daughter in VT, a considerable distance to say the least. Even though the car arrived a day later than anticipated, it all turned out well and Coastal Kia delivered with integrity, a sure indicator for future service and recommendations. More
