Would like new owners to know this happened before Troy Duhon bought the dealership because previously Ray Brandt spend big dollars no one could post anything about his dealership. Ray Brandt was a dishonest rat who hired dishonest managers. But, I continue to hear the same service issues on NextDoor. We want to use this location for convenience but hesitant if same service procedures and managers still in place.

Thank you for your response to my review regarding the service performed on my vehicle. While I appreciate your acknowledgment of the issues I raised, I must express that your response does not fully address the gravity of the situation nor provide a satisfactory resolution. The service experience I encountered at your dealership was highly disappointing and frustrating. The initial misdiagnosis of my vehicle's problem, followed by unnecessary and costly repairs, coupled with significant delays and communication issues, has left me deeply dissatisfied. Specifically, I am troubled by the fact that I was charged $6000 for a part replacement that turned out to be unnecessary. The resolution of the issue through a simple fluid adjustment raises serious questions about the validity and transparency of the charges incurred. I remain firm in my request for a fair resolution, which includes a refund or adjustment of the charges related to the unnecessary repairs. Furthermore, I seek a detailed explanation regarding the discrepancies in diagnosis and the handling of the repairs. Until then I wouldn't even trust you to pump gas in my vehicle.
