Never fear because Joe is here, when in doubt, he gets it done. My vehicle had an issue with the battery, in accordance with the Ford Manufactuerer warranty , I did get a loaner car not right away, but in it done. Had issue with my 2013 Expeditions power folding mirrors. Collins and Joe the Tech were able to quickly find issue and get mirrors working in the same day.
