I found it impossible to schedule an appointment for an oil change unless you stop by the dealership and make it. Supposedly it can be made online however, this does not work in our attempting to do it.. oil change unless you stop by the dealership and make it. I was in a rush to get a specific car. It was coming to the dealership and I was able to pick it up the very same day it arrived. They went out of their way to accommodate me. I came in for a scheduled oil change, and I waited 3 hours before my car was even moved to the bay over all 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I’ll be doing it myself from now on. Not worth the money I paid hours before my car was even moved to the bay over all 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I’ll be doing it myself from now on. Not worth the money I paid when I can do it for half the money and a quarter of the time, and at least have a beer in hand. The people we very nice and professional. More
