Luis always takes great of me! I called him asking him to schedule an oil change for me. He asked when I wanted to bring my vehicle in. I told him 1st available slot. He said “ how I called him asking him to schedule an oil change for me. He asked when I wanted to bring my vehicle in. I told him 1st available slot. He said “ how about today, I can get that done for you”. Not only did he get me in 2 hours after I called but he recommended some services and offset the cost with my Ford Pass Points. Service at its finest, thanks Luis!! More

Friendly and helpful with selecting and ordering a vehicle. However, my experience included a lack of attention to detail, and damage done to a vehicle I left to be appraised for trade-in. DePaula F vehicle. However, my experience included a lack of attention to detail, and damage done to a vehicle I left to be appraised for trade-in. DePaula Ford refused to do ANYTHING about this incident. There also seems to be a large lapse in communication between employees at the dealership, which led to confusion in the buying process. Would not recommend DePaula Ford. More

Service Manager Lenny Farnum conducted the service experience respectfully and professionally. He explained the details of the requested service and sent me a video of it. He listened carefully to my experience respectfully and professionally. He explained the details of the requested service and sent me a video of it. He listened carefully to my concerns about battery life and advised without pressure a course of action. DePaula Ford has created a temporary office and waiting area that sre efficient and comfortable. I greatly appreciated the assistance at the door. I use a cane and the employee who opened the door first me received s warm thanks. The woman who handled payment of the bill gets kudos too. She asked where my husband was, ss she ssid he was always with ne. When I explained our situation, she immediately urged us to use the pickup/ delivery service in the future . The warmth and concern she expressed were impressive! More
