Even though I was stuck in there for what felt like forever, Gerry, Eric, Sunny and Max called in all the favors to get me driving out in my new car as fast as possible, which is greatly appreciated! They made the whole process comfortable, fun, quick and enjoyable! Really they have the dream team. Everyone was extremely helpful and down to earth. Lenny was especially helpful. I loved his no-nonsense attitude. The only thing that threw me for a loop was being asked to pay ~$5k over MSRP. I have always negotiated to pay less than MSRP, so was a bit thrown off by the request to pay more. Needless to say, I ended up paying ~$1k over MSRP after negotiations (based on the explanation of supply/demand, etc.). Overall, the process was seamless and positive, however! I will be sticking around for service, as I can see that the employees are happy here and enjoy working for the Tufankjians. That is always great to see! More
