We certainly understand your frustration with your new vehicle needing issues addressed, McCluskey doesn’t build the vehicles, we can only attempt to perform the repairs when the problem surfaces. We do have numerous parts “in-house,” but we cannot have every single part that any vehicle might need on our shelves with the thousands of parts that one vehicle has, so yes, at times, we do have to order parts. We always want the parts to arrive as quickly as the customer does, but the date of delivery of any part is not something that McCluskey can control, the vendor controls the time element in this regard. Per our records and reach-out to the employees directly involved with the customer, no one has promised you; gas/black lettering/black bowties for his vehicle. Lettering and black bowties are an accessory, and just like any customer, they can be ordered by a customer and either they can install same, or we can schedule an appointment for our installation crew to do this. The remote/automatic start was discussed with the customer and their product specialist at the time of the purchase, and that has already been installed on the vehicle. Multiple staff members – your product specialist, your service advisor, and the manager of his product specialist have all left multiple messages and performed reach-out’s to you, and this has been documented internally. They were all forwarded to a “voice mail,” and no calls have ever been returned. As of this morning, 6-25-19, a sales manager called again – and was immediately forwarded to a voice mail, where he left a message – again. The customer can call our general number of 513 761 1111 and ask for: Dawon Harris – your product specialist, or Steve Newdigate – sales manager, or BJ Smith – his service advisor – all the people trying to reach you to attempt to resolve your understanding of items due/see how we can resolve.
