This was a stark contrast to our experience at a Ford dealership where we were fully ready to purchase but ended up walking out due to poor service. In hindsight, we’re so glad that happened because it led us to Royal Moore GMC, where we found a better vehicle that perfectly fits our family’s needs and includes all the tech features we were hoping for. They didn’t have the color I wanted or the sunroof but they had a great price, AMAZING warranties so it made sense. Jason was even great keeping my 5yo entertained got her some paper and markers to color some water and snacks. He genuinely went above and beyond. Even though Hillsboro is pretty far, I can’t see myself going anywhere else because the entire team was such a peloton work with! More
