The staff isn’t the most pleasant or helpful. You’re greeted without eye contact or a hello. Just eyes looking down. I’m also annoyed that I purchased a car and it’s already making noises. The service department here is beyong horrible! Aftre having my car for quite a few weeks to put in a new transmission ( which noone told me was on backorder until I finally got the info from one p Aftre having my car for quite a few weeks to put in a new transmission ( which noone told me was on backorder until I finally got the info from one person), it was finally fixed and a day after I pucked it up it was making a ratting noise ( different problem from what it was originally brought in for) so I took it back and am still waiting ( 5 days later) to find out about the problem. I have called quite a few times and noone has called back with ANY info at all! I have been a customer of theirs for many years, and once this iss resolved I will NEVER go there again! More
