I have brought my truck 4 times to this place and it took them months for them to “fix” the situation with the torque converter and now my transmission is leaking all over. My truck wasn’t cleaned or fixed at all but was damaged even more. What kind of customer service or vehicle service do they actually have. The customer service representative constantly had excuses and for some reason thought she was doing me a favor by doing her job. All I wanted was my recalls fixed my extended warranty for torque converter , that should be a recall fixed and be on my way.
