In October 2021, I purchased a new car here, which has presented different manufacturing issues, so I’m going for the Lemon Law. Since GM informed them regarding the application for the Lemon Law, any time I have tried to contact the general manager to talk about the situation with my car, their recent refusal to fix its transmission, and the disrespectful attitude from the chief of the service, Gustavo. The general manager is never abatible and has never given me a call, which is what they offer when you try to meet him. So please get away from VERA(very) lousy dealer.
