Noisy car sounds I took my Suburu Forester in on a Saturday morning due to a rattling noise that had just started that morning. They were not able to diagnose the prob I took my Suburu Forester in on a Saturday morning due to a rattling noise that had just started that morning. They were not able to diagnose the problem that morning but gave me a loaner to use until they could check it out on Monday. It turned out to be a simple fix and I was back in Monday evening to pick my car up. These associates are so friendly and accommodating every time I go in for something, I can't say enough how much I appreciate the customer service I receive at this dealership! Thank you for all that you do! More

60,000 mile service of my Forester on July 2nd and 3rd. Everyone was courteous, easy to talk to, understanding. Everything was explained to me clearly. Squeak in new car Our new Outback started squeaking after a few weeks. The first time we took the car in they went through what I expect is a protocol for such squeaks Our new Outback started squeaking after a few weeks. The first time we took the car in they went through what I expect is a protocol for such squeaks. Was good a couple days and started again. The same was true the second time we took it in. The third time the service rep and I went for a ride so he could understand what we were hearing. Right away he could hear the same squeak. This time they recommended replacing the back seat (or part of) and that worked!!! We are so happy with the end result. More

The service department was totally awesome fr Recently took my 2016 Subaru Outback to White Bear Acura Subaru for a check engine light that popped up. The service department was totally awesome from the time I called to make the appointment to dropping off and picking up the car. They supplied a loaner car which made my busy schedule much less crazy. I bet I spent less than 15 minutes total dropping off the car and picking it up. They vacuumed it out and washed the outside also. Greg kept me up to date on what was happening with the repair and fixed it sooner than they said they would be able to, all at no cost and covered by emissions warranty. Fantastic work!!
