Long wait and high cost for oil change I find Subaru service to be over-priced, inflexible, and slow. I came in for a tire rotation and oil change with an appointment. It took 1.5 hours! The tire rotation was free b/c I purchased the tires there, but the oil change, with regular oil, was nearly 50 bucks. Just the fact that I have to reserve a time to do such basic service seems rigid and not very customer-service oriented. The waiting area is beautiful. The facilities clean and lovely, but I feel like I'm paying too much. My comparison group is Toyota (I also own one) and Subaru just always falls short. More
