Subaru Rearview Mirror Fix I had stopped in previously on a Saturday, and they were super helpful in at least getting me a temporary fix, but told me to make an appointment if i I had stopped in previously on a Saturday, and they were super helpful in at least getting me a temporary fix, but told me to make an appointment if it didn't last. They didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them, even though I probably was on a busy day. I did end up needing to make an appointment to come in. And, due to the issue, White Bear had to work with an outside vendor to replace the windshield. As usual, they were helpful and made it so easy for me to get the work done! Highly recommend. More

Returned to dealership after 18 months After intentionally avoiding this dealership for the past 18 months after very bad service, I returned to give them another chance. This time the ser After intentionally avoiding this dealership for the past 18 months after very bad service, I returned to give them another chance. This time the service was better! Took my Forester in for a loud "airplane engine noise" coming from the back rear of the vehicle. They said it would be about an hour to have it evaluated. In about 45 Minutes they returned stating the vehicle needed new wheel bearings for the rear and they would be able to do it right away if I had 2 hours to wait. So I waited on a Friday afternoon. Within about 90 minutes the vehicle was done and ready to go! Very surprised and elated that it was done so quickly. It's enough that I might return for other service. A few things to note my invoice said "complimentary car wash" was completed. The car did not appear any cleaner than when I brought it in. It also said "a copy of the completed multi-point inspection has been provided to the customer" - actually nothing was provided to me regarding a multi-point inspection. Doubt that was done - although there was no cost for it. All in all, if I received the quickness of the service every time I'd be happy and come back. I will agree with others - the waiting room is nice with plenty of goodies to consume and HVTV playing nonstop! Thank you for not putting on news or sports! More

So little time My Forester has almost 200,00 miles on it. We have gone everywhere together. They were honest with me and told me the repairs I ignored for years had caught up with me and it wouldn’t be worth fixing. My next car will be a newer forester. More

Service for Faulty Tailgate Mechanicals My 2016 Outback had a faulty automatic tailgate motor. Spoke to Nicole to schedule an appointment to have it fixed. She was very pleasant to work with My 2016 Outback had a faulty automatic tailgate motor. Spoke to Nicole to schedule an appointment to have it fixed. She was very pleasant to work with and said it would be covered. Brought it in later than week to have it fixed. Worked with Nicole to drop it off. Again, very pleasant to work with. The service was estimated to take 90 minutes, but only took 60. Nice! Checked out with with Greg who honored Nicole's quote of Subaru covering the cost. I am very appreciative of that. Donovan followed up with me a few days later via email to make sure my repair went well. Very happy with the whole process overall. More
