Having neither an appointment nor a leash, I was in an awkward position. The very friendly service staff accommodated me, finding not only a leash but treats for my dog and lots of positive attention during the wait! Next time, I plan to make an appointment, but Kieran is already lobbying for a return visit! More

Friendly staff efficient service 1st time here. Very quick & efficient. Drove my car in at my appointment time, they had a rental car ready. Everyone was very friendly. They calle 1st time here. Warranty Service Recently I took in my 2017 Outback for service of electrical issues on the passenger interface. The clock was reading the incorrect time, and when it Recently I took in my 2017 Outback for service of electrical issues on the passenger interface. The clock was reading the incorrect time, and when it was set, would revert to an incorrect time. It was solved by turning off the automatic update ( which would update time for daylight savings or crossing a time line ), and then setting the correct time. I said I paid a lot for this car to have a compromised functionality. The service advisor said they had a lot of issues with the clock and that software updates were happening continuously, and at sometime my car would be updated, too. This did not feel like it was the right response - kind of like, we will fix this later when we have our bugs worked out. Why not sell the car the right way. The map function was also not working but they seemingly have that taken care of. My car also does not like to shift very well in cold weather ( CVT ) until it has gone a few miles down the road, but that was also explained as a natural and regular occurrence. No other Subaru owners I know have mentioned this issue. More

90,000 mile maintenance. Maintenance went great but tire sensor replacement required another visit.second visit was successful. I wasn’t happy with the extra time it took. Brake Check and Tire Rotation I needed my brakes checked and snow tires rotated. I was able to get an appointment within a day. 105,000 mile service Service on my car was done faster than expected. It was also done well. The only problem was that the loaner I was given was very cold inside and the Service on my car was done faster than expected. It was also done well. The only problem was that the loaner I was given was very cold inside and the windshield was frosted over. Service did try to warm the car for a few minutes before I left but it wasn't long enough. Had to drive all the way back to my home with mittens on. My suggestion is to be sure the loaners are inside before the client arrives so they are warm enough to drive to drive. More

Excellent service, Excellent Staff I made the appointment by phone, asked for a loaner car, and actually got scheduled within two days, in spite of the Christmas holiday. When I arrive I made the appointment by phone, asked for a loaner car, and actually got scheduled within two days, in spite of the Christmas holiday. When I arrived Dec 26, they were ready for me. The loaner was a brand new 2019 Outback with only 15 miles on it, and it was all ready to go. They promised that the service would be complete by 3 PM, but at 1 PM, I got a call saying they were finished. Picking up the car and turning in the loaner was a breeze. Greg Nichols was friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. More
