ZERO * I'll never be back; service department is a ripe off. Service suggested I need a front-end alignment based on tire condition. I had a flat tire just 100 miles prior to being brought into your dealership, I replaced both front tires. The car only had 1000 miles on it. After your alignment prognoses I took to a Goodyear dealership because of doubt. I was correct front and rear were both in spec. I was also interested in purchasing a vehicle you had at the time my car was in for service and thought I may possibly trade the Jag F Type in on this vehicle. Your offer was so low I was insulted and the sales mgr. said that was the best you would be able to do. I traded the F Type at another for a new car they discounted and gave me $6,500.00 more than you offered. (Also offered to purchase the vehicle outright at the mentioned price.) I buy at least one new vehicle every year and I can assure you it will not be from any of your dealership groups. My colleagues and family know of my experience with your despicable tactics. I should have written this sooner, but my anger would have left a lot of vulgarity in my narrative. Don't recall the names of those involved but would be easy enough for you to look up in your database. I've owned 6 Jaguars and I'll never own another because of dealers like yours. DON'T REMEMBER ANY OF THE ACTORS INVOLVED BUT FORCED TO CHECK NAMES TO SEND THIS. Copy be sent to Jaguar Corporate. More

Greg did a great job. I felt scammed by Aymen and your finance guy. The price started out at $106K. Aymen told me that he would sell it for $104. After waiting an hour for our painful visit with Finance, the fees were put back in. In the Finance office, we were bombarded with pricy options in a slick and quick presentation. We were told our new Range Rover would need a $4,500 brake job in the first four years. The Land Rover Web page said I would get 3.9percent interest. Aymen said no - it would be 4.4 with dealer markup. Then the crook in Finance tried to charge 8.9 PERCENT! He only removed it when I got up and tried to walk out. I have purchased many new cars over the last 10 years, but this was my worst experience. More
