On 9/11/26 I purchased a used 2022 Range Rover Sport from JLR Sarasota. The salesman Aaron, that I worked with was helpful and professional. I would definitely work with him in the future. The only hiccup is that immediately prior to leaving the dealership the car was sent back to detail again and when it came back to me was missing rubber mats. They had been removed from the car while it was with detail and not put back. As I had already reviewed the car and taken a test drive I didn’t walk the vehicle again and only noticed the missing mats when I got home 3 hours later after my drive across the state of FL. Initially the dealership was helpful in mailing the rubber mats to me. Unfortunately UPS lost them at their facility. After filing a claim with UPS and them failing to locate the mats, UPS explained they approved reimbursement to the dealer for the missing mats and my only option is to contact the dealer to get this resolved with them directly. Here is why my review is 3 stars - I have reached out the Ernie Perdomo (Used Car Sales Manager) 3 times in the last few weeks. Despite sending 2 emails and leaving a voicemail no one has followed up with me to get this resolved. More
