The combination of Gragg’s no pressure and helpful sales assistance, combined with the integrity of Ford’s gold certified program and the clean CarFax report was enough for me to feel confident making a long distance purchase. The immaculate dealership, hospitality, Angela in finance, and my overall impression of the Klaben dealerships reinforced I made a great decision to buy here.
