I have been taking my 2004 Prius to this facility for years, to have it serviced. Most recently I took it there on September 3. In the past, I would always be given a form with a list of the services to years, to have it serviced. Most recently I took it there on September 3. In the past, I would always be given a form with a list of the services to be performed, and estimate of costs and labor. This time I was not given that form. I had started to leave the building when I realized I did not have it, so returned to gentlemen at desk and requested it. He printed a form out on computer and gave it to me. I was in a hurry I left and only later realized he had given me only one sheet , which did not list any of the work to be done. Normally, customer is given first page which states “performance maintenance per attached menu checklist “. There was no checklist attached to document I received. When I returned to pick up car, the form I was given was just a standard printout of the usual work done during routine service, with no details relating to my vehicle, or recommendations for future service. For example, the section which states the condition of the brake pads was left completely blank. I brought the car in for service because I was leaving in a few days to drive to Yosemite, and did not want to make the long drive alone before having my car checked out. I have now returned and am now wondering what, if any, work was actually done on my car. I am now going to complain to the management at the service department, and, if this cannot be resolved , to the appropriate regulatory agencies. More

Santa Cruz Toyota has been complete crap since the day I purchased this vehicle from them. Not using their service department for a single thing that isn’t already covered by my service plan. This service tech was perfectly adequate, I suppose. The dealership in general, especially the service department, flat out sucks. More
