Two visits ago they told me I needed to replace my cabin and engine air filters. They were brand new, just installed them myself the day before. How many others have they done this to who didnt really need a replacement? Visit before last they said they adjusted all tire pressures to 35psi as part of routine service. Actual tire pressures were varying from 38 to 41 psi, so obviously they didn't do the work as stated. Last visit they replaced door actuator and didn't properly reassemble the door panel. Had to bring it back to have them fix it. More
