Bought a truck from Phillips Buick GMC and they claim that all of their pre owned vehicles go through a very detailed inspection, however after I purchased the vehicle it has given nothing but problems a that all of their pre owned vehicles go through a very detailed inspection, however after I purchased the vehicle it has given nothing but problems and has had to have the transmission replaced and now the engine, before I even knew the vehicle had mechanical failures I recommended a friend to the Phillips Chrysler Jeep dodge ram dealer and they bought a pre owned Jeep claimed to have gone through the same inspection and he is experiencing mechanical failures as well. Neither dealership is taking accountability for selling lemons and there’s nothing that can be done. Do not believe anything that they tell you! More

They had a nice looking 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 WT clean with 60k miles. It was at the dealership for 117 days I went on a test drive everything felt good but it was making a whine noise. I asked for a remote start to be programmed in which I agreed to pay $200.00 for and a one year bumper to bumper warranty so I was protected. JD the financial guy said the first year of maintenance the dealership would cover also I told the salesman Gilbert that the jack and tools for changing a tire were missing.I paid for the truck in full 04/17/24 but the truck is still not ready for pick up!
