Gerard covered all the points with us in our quest to either keep our 2016 Sorrento or go new (lease or buy?) Gerard listened to our concerns regarding our needs of comfort in a car and our budget. He did so with care and focus to cover all of our concerns. We never leased in our lives; now in our senior year, it was a total surprise that we found leasing better for our budget needs and chose the 2018 Sorrento that gave us updated features to increase our safety and comfort. Charlie in the numbers adjusting segment of our purchase and Rosa were all so friendly and accommodating. We joked with Rosa about our April Birthdays and our trip to Mexico where we learned "la Corona". It was a pleasure to work with the staff in completing our purchase. Thank You! More

My wife, Mary, and I first met with salesman, Gerard Rennie, on Saturday 9/16/17 with no real intention to purchase a new car for another month or so. Gerard met us outside the Smithtown dealership in a very professional and easy going manner. I think that most people would agree that purchasing a new car encompasses 2 apprehensions, the purchase price and probably more importantly the salesman you are going to deal with. Gerard immediately put both of us at ease displaying a laid back but in an informative and competent manner. He answered all questions professionally with a sense of humor and a desire to please. There was no pushiness and he conveyed an honest approach to our apprehensions. There is a sense of honesty and decency to the man that is immediately evident. In summary he is an excellent representative of KIA Motors and I would do business with him again. More
