Worst experience of my 60 years of car buying. Sales managers were rude, sold a car out from under me after price was agreed on and credit was approved. In my 45 years as a professional business p Sales managers were rude, sold a car out from under me after price was agreed on and credit was approved. In my 45 years as a professional business person I have never dealt with a dealership and or any customers as poorly at this dealership handled my potential purchase. I plan on contacting the Bureau of Consumer Protection, and the Better Business Bureau in my area to report Town East Ford unethical dealings. Will also be seeking legal advice on how to best damage the dealership already scared reputation. Best recommendations is to stay as far away from Town East Ford as possible. More

Worked with Patricia t my recent experience. Drove down from Prosper to Town East Ford in Mesquite based on some recommendations, and I'm glad I did. Worked with Patricia to get my 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat. She was super helpful, making sure everything was in order and even ensuring another interested party didn't beat me to it. The BEST! ! I was searching online and found a Bronco Wildtrak on the Town East site. When I called to see if it was available, Cory answered and explained tol ! I was searching online and found a Bronco Wildtrak on the Town East site. When I called to see if it was available, Cory answered and explained told me it was being sold as we spoke and he would me call ASAP if anything changed. THANKFULLY 20 minutes later he called me and told me it was available and to hurry in before it sold. What really stood out is that he had it pulled up and ready for me to test drive before I even got there. It was his 3rd ever sale and he couldn't have been more professional. I would have never guessed it was his first month. Amazing customer service and I got my dream Bronco! Thank you Cory!! More
