Ron was excellent, Very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with on my new car purchase . My new X5 M60i went on stop sell due to an integrated brake controller issue. The car arrived at the dealership and Ron called so I could come see the car while BMW was resolving the issue. Ron called me routinely and frequently to keep me advised on BMWs progress, I could not have asked for better communication. I took delivery of the car today and I couldn’t be happier With the vehicle and the actual delivery process. Brand new 2020 X3M Competition (in dealership) - Joe Feng/ David Lee. Perfect delivery (completed purchase agreement/ finance, including processing trade of 2019 JCW Clubman. Completed purchase but an outstanding campaign was open on this vehicle. David Lee put me in brand new 5-series loaner, effected the campaign the following Monday - finalized delivery that Monday afternoon. Not a single hitch. Flawless delivery. As an adder, David availed the dealership area to accommodate my own PPF dealer application. Try as you may but you won't find a better dealership for customer care, service and vehicle delivery. Brand new 2021 M340i - xdrive (ordered). Joe Feng/ David Lee. Expedited order/ closed delivery/ accommodated my own PPF installer.
