Worked a deal out with Josh online and by text. Got to dealership and he was not available. Deal was changed by onsite staff. Called George the next day to discuss what transpired. He was incredibly RUDE dealership and he was not available. Deal was changed by onsite staff. Called George the next day to discuss what transpired. He was incredibly RUDE and completely Unprofessional. Will never buy another car from them again There are plenty of dealers that know how to treat people. This one did not! More

Everything was great except for the fact that it took FOREVER to purchase our “new to us” car. We were told things would be “all set” but sat around waiting for the finance manager and all of that jazz. FOREVER to purchase our “new to us” car. We were told things would be “all set” but sat around waiting for the finance manager and all of that jazz. That said, it was a Saturday and the dealership was busy. The people we worked with once they were available were fabulous- Shaunee the Finance Manager was friendly and very professional. She was well organized and had all of our paperwork in order. Malcom was a great salesperson and we appreciated his communication with us throughout the car buying process. He was responsive and respectful and 100% low pressure. You couldn’t ask for a kinder, friendlier or more low-key salesperson. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car. More

I loved everything about my experience at Russ Darrow Honda.. I went in for a trade and it was swift and easy.. My salesman Derrick was everything plus more.. He’s also quite easy on the eye.. Signing paperwork with Shannon was also amazing.. She made sure she went over everything with me to where I understood and walked away pleased.. Working Together I've recently had a A+ five star customer service experience unlike any before. My truck, a Chevrolet Silverado was purchased used from Russ Darrow Ho I've recently had a A+ five star customer service experience unlike any before. My truck, a Chevrolet Silverado was purchased used from Russ Darrow Honda, it needed a new door hinge. Service replaced the hinge but because it was a Chevy; the body shop had a hard time getting it 100% right. Greg the service manager and George the general manager worked together to make sure it was 100% and that I was happy with the repair. They asked me to take it to a local body repair shop which had more experience working on trucks like mine. The door was fixed and they picked up the bill. Customer service is no longer an option in this highly competitive environment. Dealerships need happy customers that will tell others just how great a job the dealer did before,during and after the sale. Greg, George and the Russ Darrow team is focused on their customers. More
