On vacation and bought a car! We were on vacation and could not find the deal we wanted when visiting a dealership in Columbia, SC so we decided to test drive an Ioniq here. Georg We were on vacation and could not find the deal we wanted when visiting a dealership in Columbia, SC so we decided to test drive an Ioniq here. George greeted us with politeness and a smile, found the keys and away we went on a test drive but I was not too crazy about the gray one. He called and a white one was already sold at a nearby dealership so we left because the others we were with were ready to go. George called in less than 1/2 hr and said I found a white one and it will be here tomorrow around 2 pm. I will see you at noon when we open to complete paperwork. We had already worked out the price and during that time George was open, friendly, really wanted to get to know us. We never felt any pressure or that it was just about just "selling a car", it was about "getting us what we wanted". We shared stories and enjoyed our interaction. On Sunday it was the same friendliness when we closed the deal, met with the finance man who was very nice and patient because he explained maintenance, out of state taxes, etc. George explained and educated us on the car while we waited for the car to be prepared, he pulled up with a full tank of gas, he gave us more instruction. We were on our way back to Columbia by 5 pm. Was thrilled to get 51 mpg on the way home and have been getting 55 - 56 mpg since driving it. WOW. signed Happy Camper :) More
