Salesman LIED, FINANCE MGR> LIED and GENERAL MGR LIED told ma for a week check was in the mail yet it was never written. Don't do business with this company they will lie and try to steal your money. He needs to improve his attitude and stop trying to cram unwanted finance options relentlessly down the customers throat and threatening the sale of the vehicle unless you comply! Also talked to salesman to get an appointment to get a scratch in the clear coat from before the sale buffed out and get the car detailed, he said that I could only schedule on a Monday or Tuesday and only if the weather was good and the guy was there. I'm driving over an hour and a half to get there to get promised service and no guarantee that I can get it because there might be a shower or the guy might be fishing that day???? Won't know til I get there. More

A very professional experience As I said in the previous page, I was very satisfied with the approach, explanation of different models, additional time taken to explain the function As I said in the previous page, I was very satisfied with the approach, explanation of different models, additional time taken to explain the functions of the Elantra and the demonstration of each separate vehicles. I wanted to be comfortable with a new car that has many new devices that I was not used to. I feel more confident driving it every day and I thought I have just the right kind of car I want to drive. The financial part of it was a reasonably pleasant one, without the usual pressures, rather the willingness of the persons I dealt with to help me take a reasonable decision. Best car buying experience of my life When I visited this modest dealership yesterday, it was only to inspect the new Hyundai Ionic firsthand. I was driving a 2012 Toyota Prius and as it s When I visited this modest dealership yesterday, it was only to inspect the new Hyundai Ionic firsthand. I was driving a 2012 Toyota Prius and as it still had under 75,000 mikes on it, I wasn't exactly antsy to get rid of it. It gave me great mileage and great cargo capacity, but with so-so performance. Upon arriving, my friend and I were warmly welcomed by George Aflleje one of the nicest and most proficient sales professionals I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. George asked me what I wanted to see and what kind of driving I did. He showed me one Ionic and it wasn't quite right for me. He showed me another and then, one that was still on the delivery transport, about to be unloaded. THAT was THE one. He and his associates worked out a great financial deal and he had the vehicle prepped while we worked out the numbers with his manager and the finance manager. Within a few hours of just dropping by to "take a look," I had traded in my Prius on a lease for an IONIC SEL model, with no money down, and only 12 miles on the odometer, including a tank full of gas! And this car is loaded with extras, an upgrade to my spartan Prius 2 in every way. Plus the Warrantees! This car is covered in so many ways, by the end of my 36 month lease, I will only be obligated for a handful of routine service visits for oil changes and tire rotations. I am even paying LESS than my old car payment And the reason for all of this was GEORGE AFLLEJE ! He had so much patience, personality and persistence in getting me the deal and the car that fit me perfectly. Thank you George. Well Done! More
