Good afternoon! Just for the record this is my first review I have done. I have been taking my car to quick lanes the last several times for the routine maintenance. I’ve been very happy with the customer service. I started having issues with my AC last year. On Nov 4, 2022 I paid $512.97 for the ac fix. I went the the winter not needing AC. Then the first time I needed it, it was not working. On May 4, 2023 I paid a total of $711.90 for the AC fix. That brings us to July 2023 and AC is not working. On Aug 2, 2023 I payed $1,812.69 again to fix the Ac. I have went ahead and paid each time for the fixes and the diagnostic fees. I’m very disappointed that I was not told the first time in for my AC diagnostic that Quick Lanes does not have the proper equipment needed to diagnose the AC. So I feel like with that knowledge of knowing that Quicklanes did not have the equipment to diagnose AC I would have saved myself 1,224.87. I felt like it would have only been right to at least not charge me the diagnostic fee the last time in to fix the AC. JP from quick lanes mentioned in a txt that he suggest to skyline I should not be charged another diagnostic fee since this is the 3rd time. So come time to pay I ask Gavin if I’m been charged the diagnostic fee he said no. My parents pick up my car for me I look over the paper and it sure looks like I’m being charged a diagnostic fee again. I call Gavin again and he’s short and tells me I’m not charged I feel like he it just trying to not deal with it. So that brings me to the bad review. I’m only trying to survive just like everyone else and at least save a few hundred dollars although I feel I could have saved more. Thanks for your time. Shonie
