Stephen listened to what I wanted, answered every question clearly, and made the entire process straightforward and comfortable. He was responsive throughout the process, kept me updated, and made sure everything came together exactly as discussed. Even when it came to the details and negotiations, he was transparent and easy to work with. I felt like he actually cared about making sure I was happy with the car and the deal, rather than simply trying to make a sale. Buying a car can easily become stressful, but Stephen made this one of the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I’ve had. Normally, I don’t write reviews but I had to in this instance because of my fantastic experience at Garavel Subaru in Norwalk. You must ask for Rafael Velez. By far, he is the best salesman I have ever instance because of my fantastic experience at Garavel Subaru in Norwalk. You must ask for Rafael Velez. By far, he is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. What immediately caught my attention was the personalized video Rafael sent me. At that point I was only inquiring about the Outback Premium and Limited. In the video, he pointed out the differences between the two cars which I could see with my own eyes. I hadn’t even made an appointment to see Rafael at that point. When I visited the dealership the next day Rafael spent 4 hours with me. Test drove the car and decided on the Limited. I was pleasantly surprised at the price and we closed the deal. It would not have happened if it wasn’t for Rafael. He is hard working, honest and transparent. I also encountered genuinely friendly people from the front desk receptionist (sorry I didn’t get her name) to business manager, Gary. Such a positive experience I will be transferring my car’s service to Garavel. More

Professional, personable, knowledgeable, respectful, accommodating… get yourself a Subaru! It’s worth the trip to Norwalk. And BTW -Ask for Stephen or Raphael-and I can’t forget Gary in finance. P.
