Buying cars with all the new technology is more complicated than ever, and Gabe's expertise and obvious love of Subaru's was very helpful. We leased the Outback with Eyesight technology and are thrilled! We drove out to Manassas from Springfield and would do it again. We received excellent service and the best offer on our lease compared to other dealers in Fairfax County. We highly recommend working with Gabe and Brown's Manassas Subaru. Car buying has been a process I've always associated with headaches, but Gabriel and the rest of the team at Brown's Subaru has set a new standard. I tortured the staff with several test drives spread o with headaches, but Gabriel and the rest of the team at Brown's Subaru has set a new standard. I tortured the staff with several test drives spread over 3 days and a barrage of detailed questions - Gabriel had the answer to each question and was able to compare different models and trims for me quickly and succinctly. I never once felt pressured to buy... normally dealers don't want to let you leave the showroom for fear that you'd never come back. I came three times before buying and they were totally fine with that. The negotiations were pleasant as well - we were able to reach a deal that everyone could agree upon with relative ease. In fact, after we'd signed the paperwork they realized there was a promotion that could save us another few dollars and quickly had us re-sign to save us the few extra dollars. Any dealership that takes the time to save you a few bucks even after the paperwork is signed is an honest dealership (and one I'll visit again)! I'd also like to emphasize the route they take you on for a test drive; with stretches of road where you reach above 50mph where you can really feel how a car handles at speed. It's a little detail, but extremely important. Be sure to ask for Gabe when you visit Brown's Manassas Subaru. He took great care of us and made sure we left the lot with everything customized and setup exactly how we wanted. His knowledge of the vehicles is great and he's got a wonderful personality. Gabriel was so helpful in getting me the best deal for a used Jeep I purchased.
