My family and I have gotten 4 vehicles from Gabriel Hale and each time it was a super easy experience. Gabe is the best to work with and he is extremely flexible. I've basically coordinated all my purchases and each time it was a super easy experience. Gabe is the best to work with and he is extremely flexible. I've basically coordinated all my purchases with him over a few txt messages. There is no need to negotiate back and forth because he will give you the best deal from the get go. I live in Miami and he delivers my car directly to me with all my requests already done. Gabe is absolutely the best to work with. More

Got a lease from rallye, price wa suggest and before I got the car the dealership was really accommodating. However, I got a car where the windshield wipers needed to be worked on and the charger cable no got the car the dealership was really accommodating. However, I got a car where the windshield wipers needed to be worked on and the charger cable not working. Despite me reaching out to them and them sending me a charger that didn’t work again they said I had to retake it for service. I sent them documentation that the charger was the issue as I had an electrician come to my house and check the amps and voltage. . I spent 4 hours one day taking the car to get serviced and waiting there. Had to cancel multiple clients that day. When I went to pick it up that was another 2 hours out of my day. All could have been solved by sending me a new charger. This should have all been taken care of when they knew they had someone coming to sign the car for a lease. Just because this car was a loaner doesn’t mean this should have been the outcome. They should have made sure everything was in working order. I just felt they wanted to get rid of the car and didn’t care. More
