I’ve had some bad experiences at North Park but most of them have been good, plus they are close by my house and I don’t have to bother other people with a ride. It works for me so that is why I go there. More

Scheduled an oil change and service Added an alignment/rotation Said ok to price and 11:30 appt And got no oil change and a loose negative cable delivered at 2:30 Checked dipstick and oi alignment/rotation Said ok to price and 11:30 appt And got no oil change and a loose negative cable delivered at 2:30 Checked dipstick and oil was dirty and cable was loosened Something said about complimentary Service and rotate tires only I told him when scheduled on phone and at shop door "oil change" and 25k service What happened to oil change I can pay if needed and asked for Did not go over paper invoice and explain at carside what was done I had to go and check And watch in shop work done and rework Total none star out of Five star Check my record/file : did not rotate tires on first "complimentary service" And did not oil change on last 25K service after I asked them for 25k and was upsold an alignment No Lie or dramatic showdown - just ask the SM Mike Sat there and watched an $125 alignment and rotation with no oil change at 23k Dont let them get you with the 10K oil service Lab proven mechanical breakdown and no fault of toyota for no required servce on your part at 10K Gottq find a local mechanic that knows Tacoma NorthPark Toyota no bueno NorthPark Toyota is not a good service you cam ask for my records Get under hood and check oil and work said they completed to include tire rotation Simple stuff No degree pr certificate needed to complete this work If you say you are going to to do it Then Do it I can pay I have Just mad and frustrated they:NorthparkToyota didnt do the work they said they were going to do...
