Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

From start to finish it was a great experience. My salesman Frankie helped me choose the vehicle that worked best for me. All of the paperwork was a breeze with the expertise of Christine. She took time to explain what the different lease terms were. Frankie Candido was fantastic! The lease was expiring on my RAV4 and I wanted to move to a Highlander, but I had to have a heated steering wheel. The only Highlanders that come wit The lease was expiring on my RAV4 and I wanted to move to a Highlander, but I had to have a heated steering wheel. The only Highlanders that come with that feature are the Limited and Platinum which I couldn't afford. I spent weeks going back and forth trying to decide if I would just settle for the small interior of the RAV4 and buy out my lease. The heated steering wheel was the deal breaker! The day before my lease was expiring I came in to see Frankie to sign the papers to buy out my lease. He said they had just received a pre-owned Highlander with a heated steering wheel and would I like to see it before getting the papers together for the RAV4? I was blown away! Same age as my RAV4 with 3k less miles with a heated steering wheel (and fully loaded)!! And with some creative numbers crunching Frankie was able to get the monthly payments where I needed them to be to fit my budget. I am now the proud owner of a fully loaded Highlander Platinum with an extended warranty because not only was Frankie very patient with my waffling back and forth, but he also had his eyes open to what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Frankie at Heritage to anyone looking to buy or lease. More

Going into a new lease with Frankie's help was an easy pleasurable experience. I never once felt pressured and really had all my questions and concerns addressed.
