Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

Frankie was exceptional to work with. I was in a tricky situation and had limited options, but he was patient, communicative, and respectful the entire time. He made sure to explain everything and was extremely dedicated to helping me find the right vehicle at the right price point. This car buying experience was leaps and bounds better than I anticipated and Frankie was instrumental in making that happen. I cannot recommend Frankie and Heritage Toyota enough. More
