This is my second Kia that I’ve purchased there my 2016. Soul was awesome. I loved it. I traded it in for the GT Line K4 for my granddaughter‘s first new car. Everyone was wonderful JP sweet as can be and M Soul was awesome. I loved it. I traded it in for the GT Line K4 for my granddaughter‘s first new car. Everyone was wonderful JP sweet as can be and Mike the finance guy like I refer to him, and I also had the pleasure of dealing with Frank. He helped me figure out some of the buttons on the car. I love Kia of Port Charlotte they treat you so nice and fair. When Brianna takes over her lease or keeps her K4 in three years, I’m coming back from my new car so I’ll see y’all again. I was rushed by fiancé dept. Fees were not discussed. Purchased a car in January 2025 with 20000 miles. By April the transmission went. Dealership had car for 7 weeks. Trade Fees were not discussed. Dealership offered a price on another k4 red and I ended up purchasing that one. The black k4 was only in my name for about an hour and never left the lot. In the end I was charged $6000 for dealer fees. That to me this is just gouging the customer. All this happened in one day at the same dealership. I will never do business with this dealership again and would never recommend them. The only good part was. My sales person Cody. More
