It is a privilege to drive the beautiful BMW that I have been driving for the past two years, but even more of a blessing to know that I am being so well cared for by the team at my BMW of Fort Washington dealership. Beginning with our sales representative, Andrew, to the unwavering support and superior service/assistance from Michael Fastman, who has single-handedly gone above and beyond the call of duty for us on several occasions; to the wonderful and attentive service from Service Manager, Frank Manna & Ben Ammar, Customer Relations Manager, who have also been an absolute blessing. Overall, I have never had such wonderful service from top to bottom at a dealership in my life, and I feel very lucky to be working with them, as I continue to drive my BMW X5. It is also why my husband recently purchased his newest vehicle from them and he too, is now driving a BMW X5 hybrid that he purchased in December 2024 at Ft. Washington as well.
