Best Dealership in CNY. The Personnel are all extremely knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Everyone is courteous and polite. The owner runs a unique outstanding dealership whereby all staff seem to love there job and treat the customer terrific and accommodating their every need. This is our second time Buying from Mastrovito Hyundai because we are satisfied customers and also know their love for the community. More

As always a great experience at Mastrovito’s. While this time I agreed to the recommended alignment with my tire rotation, in the future I might want to see better evidence of necessity other th While this time I agreed to the recommended alignment with my tire rotation, in the future I might want to see better evidence of necessity other than seeing what the computer AI said on a screen. $160 is $160, and, yes, it’s cheaper than a new tire, the resultant data indicated only a change just on one side; camber in one and caster on the other. As I said, this time I wanted it done, for the tires were brand new when I purchased the car and, to my knowledge, no alignment had been done before. The service was quick and professional in every way. My remarks are more for use in the future by reps with totally unsuspecting customers. Great service, as always. FYI, I stopped at the new detail center afterwards and that should work well and be a good profit center. Just wish you had Collinite wax, a phenomenal Utica product that is, to me, number one in shine and durability. More
