All staff went above and beyond. Javier and shane i worked mostly with and they were very friendly and responsive and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable dealing with a business and people with good bus worked mostly with and they were very friendly and responsive and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable dealing with a business and people with good business ethics. Ford cars are great, especially edge and mustang. Very appreciative when they did the work that needed to be one, they provided a nice loaner and delivered it. Like the idea of an owners day too. Would definitely recommend! More

My overall experience was GREAT! Robert did a exceptional job with explaining everything I needed to know about the Ford Escape and the process of buying the car. It was a relatively easy buying process with not too much haggling. They had the truck that I wanted with the features I desired and the staff was very reasonable and accommodating. Devin was great - he never pushed us, was very polite, listened to and addressed our needs, and we didn't feel at any point in time like he tried to pull the wool over our eyes. The same thing went for Frank - he came by to greet us and spend some time with us, which made us feel valued and appreciated. We went to the Parks dealership simply to look at the new Ford Explorers. From the very beginning of our visit we were welcomed by a very warm greeting by manager, Frank Lacey. We were introduced to salesm Ford Explorers. From the very beginning of our visit we were welcomed by a very warm greeting by manager, Frank Lacey. We were introduced to salesman David Bonsey who took us for a test drive and explained all of the various features on the Explorer. He was very helpful. The entire process was very thoughtful and not pushy. David has a great demeanor and truly listened to our concerns and needs. Again, we were not going to buy that Sunday! After a brief overview and David's request that we see what the dealership could do on our trade in etc, we told him to run a proposal for us. After a meaningful conversation with David and then Frank, we decided to purchase the Explorer. I truly feel that we received a fair trade in value and a fair overall price for the Explorer. We would not have purchased the vehicle if I felt pressured or the "normal" car sales process that I have encountered in the past at other dealerships. (I have purchased around 15 cars in my life including Lexus and BMW) This was the best experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle! I will recommend this dealership and David and Frank to friends. Thank you for the experience and patience in dealing with us. That did the deal. Oh and did I mention, we were not going to buy an Explorer that day...only there to test drive and look at them. More

The overall experience was very good. I had some pricing issues that I was concerned about and it was handled diplomatically and to my satisfaction. The concern and respect offered to me was of the highest quality. From the Receptionist to the Sales manager in the store everyone was cheerful helpful and courteous. I would like to thank Paul Stokes for professionalism during the post negotions. I would like to especially thank Robert Vido for his cheerful knowledgable service. He was a pleasure to work with before during and after the sale. He knows the product very well and is patient in sharing all aspects of the car and its features. We have had the Fusion for 2 days and are still getting used to it but it is a fun and safe experience to date. More
