i've been using your dealership for service for several years,and have always been pleased.The staff in the service area have been great people to do business with. I've been looking at the interne several years,and have always been pleased.The staff in the service area have been great people to do business with. I've been looking at the internet @ cars .com and found a truck that was about what I wanted.So as I was waiting for my truck to be serviced I walked down the hallway and ran into Will Bozeman and asked him if he could point me out to the internet managers office.Not knowing that Will was the internet manager.I told him I had found this truck at Adkins Ford in Fort Meade fl.and wondered if we could do business,he assured me we could.And now I'm driving my new truck.The experience was good this dealership has made a strong turnaround.You have kept the good people and got rid of the ones that didn't need to be there.Of was course you never get the deal you want you just hope the vehicle you purchased was made on tuesday orwednesday. The Sales rep David Bonsey was excellent - as well as the whole sales team. He listened to my needs and worked to help me get my needs met without being a pushy stereotypical car salesman. Even though I had a more cost effective deal at Toyota I came back to purchase here as I felt more comfortable with the Parks team. Definitely would recommend Parks - as well as I probably will be back next year to buy a car for my other daughter. More

I have been thinking of getting a new car was not really sure if I wanted to or not. Stoped by Parks Ford just to look. A very nice gentalman stop us and asked if we needed help, he said i dont work here bu sure if I wanted to or not. Stoped by Parks Ford just to look. He didnot not even make it to the door and a young man came out and asked if we needed help. His name is Ken Basteiro. We told him what I was looking for and started showing us the cars. After a while we meet Frank Lacey he joined in the conversation. Lastly was Carlos Gonzalez . I rated this dealership high because the staff are very knowledgeable, very helpful,they work with you to get you what you want . I will by my next new car here also. When we started "car shopping" recently we immediately thought of the Ford dealership at Wesley Chapel as we purchased there before in 2004 and found the experience then to be a very pleasant immediately thought of the Ford dealership at Wesley Chapel as we purchased there before in 2004 and found the experience then to be a very pleasant one. Having had Ford products in the past and being very well pleased with them, we went first to Parks Ford, but with open minds, as we wanted to check out all dealerships in the area. Upon our arrival, we found George met us and we found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help us in every way. He spent more than ample time with us, took us on a test drive and was everything we could want a salesperson to be. We also met and talked with Frank and found him to be very pleasant to work with. We left Parks, checked out a few other dealerships, but didn't find any other that measured up to Parks. We were not as happy with their products nor their salesmen and going back to Parks was our choice. We worked not only with George and Frank when we returned, but spent some time with Steve, whom we found to be a very nice young man, personable and ready to answer any questions we had. What a pleasure it was to work with George Dybowski, Product Consultant, and Frank Lacey, Sales Manager, at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel, FL! George listened to my criteria for a new 2013 Ford Escape. Product Consultant, and Frank Lacey, Sales Manager, at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel, FL! George listened to my criteria for a new 2013 Ford Escape. He asked good questions that assisted me in pin-pointing the car that would best suit my driving needs and style. Within about thirty minutes, George drove up in a beautiful Escape. We took it for a test drive. This 2013 Escape SEL was a perfect match! George is very knowledgable about his product. He is a honest person and not a high-pressure individual. Two qualities that are a must when purchasing a car. He even assisted me with syncing my cell phone to the vehicle, along with a myriad of other important information regarding my new car. Frank was very fair with the price. We came to terms in about 10 minutes, and I know I got a great deal. I will be back to Parks to purchase our next vehicle to replace a very old and worn out one that my son is driving. It is with all honesty that I say I am looking forward to working with George and Frank again in the not-to-distant future! Many thanks to George and Frank for the calmest, no pressure experience I have ever had from any other dealership in the last 30 years! More

I just purchased my third vehicle from this dealership. I have always had an excellent experience both when buying and when it comes time for routine service. My son (just like me) is a FORD product fan and have always had an excellent experience both when buying and when it comes time for routine service. I have been in the market to purchase a very specific vehicle; a 2014 Ford Mustang. I have been researching the vehicle as well as dealerships throughout Florida. When I first arrived at Parks, I was greeted by Robert Vido with a very friendly smile, a firm handshake, and a warm disposition. Robert listened attentively to my specific purchase needs, and proceeded to guide me through the entire process. The particular vehicle that I wanted, a Mustang was located and transferred in from Orlando, and Robert and Frank arranged the entire process.
