When we first went there, we were looking at a certain vehicle. When we went in to see about finances, we were sitting there for quite a while. Only when we went to leave did it seem to change on trying t vehicle. When we went in to see about finances, we were sitting there for quite a while. Only when we went to leave did it seem to change on trying to get things moving. Whether it was banks or the dealership it was quite a wait. That particular option was declined, but we were able to buy something else, and we put in on those options and asked for them to get back to us, this was Saturday night. Paul called us back on Monday on the approval. But we still had to do some waiting to find out about the vehicle we really wanted, because the vehicle that was approved was not what we really wanted. We were approved for the van we wanted and it's in good condition except for some spots in the carpet, not much. It was different than what we were expecting when buying a car. We didn't get the pushy, shovy salesman. And the vehicles weren't extremely overpriced to begin with like we saw at other dealers. But when trying to negotiate a price we weren't hearing the overall picture which is what we wanted. Overall we were happy. It was better than we expected in some ways and not what we expected in other ways, but we bought the van and I am happy with it :) And I didn't feel like I was signing my life away. More

Javier was a great salesman and took the time to educate me on the Fusion. He and Frank worked out an amicable deal for me on my new vehicle and gave me a price that fit my budget perfectly. Frank has a great Irish accent and certainly adds some uniqueness to the dealer. After negotiating with both of them and reaching an agreement, I can say without a doubt, I am most happy with my purchase and would recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle to please contact Javier and/or Frank. Javier also worked with me the day after my purchase for over an hour just to show me some of the many tech benefits of my new car (my previous car was over 10 years old so I had a lot to learn). Outside of the sales process, I must commend Carlos Gonzalez as well. Carlos is the Finance Manager at the dealer and handled my lease details the night of the purchase. Since that evening, some changes needed to be made to my lease which prompted numerous questions and phone calls from me. Carlos handled everything fantastically, completely professional and very straight-forward throughout the process of a few lease adjustments. Carlos is great asset to Parks Ford and his efforts "after the sale" have made a great impression on me as a customer. It is clear he knows the true meaning of exceptional customer service! I went to approximately 10 different dealers in the Tampa/St.Pete area including another Ford Dealer, Kia, Volkswagon, Buick, Dodge and Mazda and by far, my experience with Parks Ford was absolutely the best! My overall experience could not have been any better. Dave Durham is a friend that recommended Parks, and answered many of my questions before I met with Ricky & David. I did most of my explorations online and Ricky provided all info & more that I requested. Ricky was with another customer on Thursday, 10/31/13 when I came in to complete my internet deal so David Bonsey took care of finalizing my deal. I've been ask by lots of friends and co-workers about my new truck and I've explained how easy and hassle free the entire experience really was and they all seemed impressed. I wasn't in the market to purchase a new vehicle a month ago. My brother and his wife leased a Ford Fusion a few weeks ago and told me how great both Frank Lacey and their sales rep David Bonsey were month ago. My brother and his wife leased a Ford Fusion a few weeks ago and told me how great both Frank Lacey and their sales rep David Bonsey were and that I had to go in and see them as David said he could get me into my dream car for less monthly than I was paying on my Chevrolet Camaro. I didn't think they could so I was curious to see what they could do. From my first interaction with David and speaking to Frank I knew these guys weren't pushy "car-salesmen" like you hear about. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to test drive a GT mustang with manual transmission as I wasn't sure if I wanted to switch over to an automatic. I was helped by Kevin Regan and he was also very knowledgeable and never pushy with me. We went on a test drive and we had a good talk and Kevin mentioned that he also had a GT in manual transmission and how much he cared for it. After working out what package I wanted for my GT and financing, Frank ordered the car in for me and had it there in less than 48 hours. I was very happy with everything with this transaction and I can't thank David and Frank enough. Very easy purchase and I will be recommending them to everyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
