Saying Goodbye to the Wife's BMW Z4 I purchased a used but like new Ford Escape at Park's Ford in Wesley Chapel in 2013. When we decided to trade in our 2004 BMW Z4 Roadster for a more I purchased a used but like new Ford Escape at Park's Ford in Wesley Chapel in 2013. When we decided to trade in our 2004 BMW Z4 Roadster for a more practical second car, Parks was our "Go To Place." The no-pressure, we're here to do our best to accommodate you attitude that I have encountered on both occasions is very helpful to my decision making process. Ricky Pritzlaff accompanied me initially and finally my wife and me through the car lot, opened cars and answered all questions in a positive and cooperative manner. He provided useful information which permitted me to buy not the initial car that I thought that I wanted but rather the one that met my needs. He was polite, knowledgeable and patient. Frank Lacey, introduced himself and participated in the discussion of how much the BMW Z4 would be worth as a trade in, a key sticking point for my wife. Several times, he quietly reworked the the numbers during the negotiation process and ultimately offered a compromise that finally was accepted. Finally, Paul Stokes meticulously put the 1000 pieces paperwork together that required 2000 signatures so that I could drive out with my "new car". All in all, it was a totally professional experience that we keep Park's Ford as my car sales and service location. --Mike Shanahan More

Best experience ever! We had planned to visit five dealerships that day. Parks Ford was our first stop and when we left we had purchased a used 2014 Ford Explorer. First We had planned to visit five dealerships that day. Parks Ford was our first stop and when we left we had purchased a used 2014 Ford Explorer. First person was Wayne who showed us all the vehicles we wanted to see. Wayne was friendly and polite and answered all of our questions. The second person was Frank, also was very open and welcoming to us. Frank made the process of figuring out the best deal for us very, very pleasurable. The third person was Paul. Paul is outgoing, friendly and very efficient in explaining all the forms, figuring the best terms for us and simplifying what each form was. Have had no dealings yet with the service department but if the way the car was handed over to us is any example, totally clean inside and out, then we have absolutely had the best car buying experience ever! Would definitely recommend Parks Ford to anyone! More

Went into Parks Ford on Friday 14, 2014, with a letter from Parks Ford offering me $1750 or more on my 2012 Ford Edge. I wanted to know if this add was for a lease or purchase. I was never given info reg from Parks Ford offering me $1750 or more on my 2012 Ford Edge. I wanted to know if this add was for a lease or purchase. I was never given info regarding purching a Ford Escape, just leasing one. A sales person brought an Escape around the drive for me to drive, which i did an liked the car. After several hoursI with the sales person and Frank Lacey I found myself in the financial office. I was handed several documents, never a brake down of the numbers on the contract and I found myself leasing a Ford Escape SE. On the following day I returned to Parks Ford and wanted an explanation as to where my Xplan figures were indicated on the contract, the financil officer pointed a a number an said "HERE" that all!! On that Monday 17th I returned with a friend agin asking to explain the figures on the contract. At that time I was informed that the equity Ford Edge was used toward the downpayment ( without my agreement or knowledge) and the zero down, did not include the Escape SE, this was the dealers reason for taking my equity toward the lease (again without giving me an option regarding how much I wanted to put down if any) and they would not indicate where the monies from my Xplan were. After I left Parks Ford I received a call offering me a service plan for three yrs of the lease if that would make me happy!!! NO I AM NOT HAPPY, no one has the right to just take my equity and use it there way with out giving you an option, also I should had been informed prior to signing that the Zero Down was only on the Escape base model!!! I feel that I was used and the dealer bated and swithed the offer made to me. I would not recomend Parks Ford More

The service department is the best I have dealt with always willing to work with me on service items. I have purchased my third vehicle from Parks and only spent two hours on completing paperwork. I have never dealt with a dealership where the process is as smooth as it is with Parks. It has always been a joy working with the staff and several of the staff I have known since buying my Ford Ranger 14 years ago. I could not recommend a better dealership. More

Parks Ford provided me with fast and quality service today! Usually buying a new car can be a really slow and tedious process. I was actually dreading this day for weeks. Not only is the staff here know today! Usually buying a new car can be a really slow and tedious process. I was actually dreading this day for weeks. Not only is the staff here knowledgable but their not "pushy" like all my previous experiences with salesmen have been. I would truly recommend to anyone to come into Parks Ford for anything. They will not leave disappointed. Brett was extremely helpful and with us every step of the way. It was a lengthy process in deciding what is right car and a color choice but everything went smooth top the end. Thanks Brett for doing a great job! Special thanks goes to Frank Lacey as a great representative of a dealership and professional ways of doing business. I will definitely be back to purchase more vehicles. More

I asked really detailed questions, and all were answered immediately and accurately (which was not always the case with other dealers we vi worked. There was never any pressure to buy. Each of the 3 times I visited Parks Ford (to test drive and retest drive the cars), it was a hassle-free experience. 3. During negotiations, sales staff were not only easy to work with, but genuinely helpful in pointing out some subtleties of leasing my wife and I were not aware of previously. They negotiated what we think is a very fair price for the car. 4. There were a few minor issues about items that came on or with the car. Each instance was handled professionally and resolved to our satisfaction. Parks Ford even absorbed the cost when they could have legitimately passed it on to us. More

everyone was very friendly . ricky and george were very informative and answered all questions asked. frank was o.k. he didnt give me what i feel i deserved on my vehicle on trade but it was either tell informative and answered all questions asked. frank was o.k. he didnt give me what i feel i deserved on my vehicle on trade but it was either tell him to screw off or just get it over with that part i didnt enjoy. the worst part of this whole thing was trying to get this email to go thru it kept making me change things i actually dumped it in trash and took it out and tried again.
